Holiday home abroad mortgage lender and refinance Mortgages loans. Second mortgage and Holiday Home mortgage lenders.
Holiday Home Mortgages are available for Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany however we offer funding in most EU countries, why not use a UK based and UK Government Licensed company to arrange your loan.
Loans are available for the majority of Nationalities for either House Purchase or Remortgaging existing finance for Home Improvement purposes.
Types of Loan Available: Repayment, Investment linked and in some rare occasions interest only.
Minimum Loan is normally £10,000. There is usually No Maximum (we have previously provided funds of £1,450,000 to one client of ours buying in Spain), but must not normally exceed a maximum of 90% of property valuation or purchase price (whichever is the lower) for non residents and up to 100% for residents.
